Therapy & Techniques

Anxiety:
Spiritual- prayer, meditation
Mental- guided imagery (breathing, happy place)
Physical- relaxation (robot/floppy doll)

Depression:
Spiritual- Personal Progress (divine nature, individual worth)
Mental- cognitive distortions (google it, lots of online information)
Physical- assertiveness (see attached)
